At Pro Hair Gear, we stand behind the quality of our hair styling tools and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our return policy makes it simple to return or exchange items within our return window.
30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date of delivery. This allows you ample time to test your tools and decide if they’re right for you.
Eligible Returns
You can return:
- Unused styling tools in original condition
- Products with original packaging, manuals, and accessories
- Items with all protective films, seals, and serial numbers intact
- Damaged or defective products reported upon delivery
- Incorrect or wrongly shipped items
You cannot return:
- Used or visibly worn products
- Items missing parts, manuals, or packaging
- Products with damaged or removed serial numbers
- Customized or special-order items
- Consumable parts like blades or cleaning accessories (unless defective)
How to Return a Product
Step 1: Contact Us First Visit our Contact Page before shipping anything back. Our team will:
- Verify eligibility
- Issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Provide return instructions and address
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Clearly write your RMA number on the package
- Use original packaging if possible
- Include all accessories and a copy of your invoice
- Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Use a trackable and insured shipping method
- Keep your receipt and tracking number
- Ship to the address provided by our support team
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Pays: For returns due to personal preference, incorrect ordering, or change of mind
- Pro Hair Gear Pays: For damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items (we’ll provide a prepaid label or refund your shipping cost)
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 3–7 days to appear
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we are at fault
Exchanges We’re happy to exchange items for the same product if defective, or help you place a new order if you prefer a different model. Contact our support team to begin an exchange.
International Returns
- Customers are responsible for international return shipping
- Customs declarations and fees may apply
- Contact us before initiating an international return to ensure compliance and minimize costs
Warranty vs. Returns
- Returns are available within 30 days
- For product issues after 30 days, please contact us about warranty coverage for defects under normal use
Restocking Fees We do not charge restocking fees for most items. However, large orders, special items, or returns outside the return window may be subject to a fee. We’ll inform you before processing.
